About Me

Hi everyone! I’m Taylor Ditzel,

I come from super close and supportive family. I’m the youngest and only girl of 3 kids, so naturally I’m a daddy’s girl. I’ve always loved baking, I remember every year during the holidays my grandma and I would bake those holiday sugar cookies, you know the ones with the Christmas trees or pumpkins on them? For as long as I could remember I wanted to go to college to become a pastry chef.

 

I went to The Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale in 2012. I loved every bit of my baking classes and learning how to make those classic pastries we all love.  After finally graduating in 2014,I started working in the industry and for the last 7 years I worked full time and took cake orders on the side.

Finally in 2022 I decided to take the leap of faith to do cakes from home full-time and become my own boss. It definitely has been challenging and honestly very scary but SO rewarding. I’m honored to be a small part in some peoples biggest moments and I hope you'll allow me to "Taylor" your treats to meet your vision.
